Shipping policy
We currently ship to the Netherlands and other countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before the order is placed.
Orders are usually processed within a few business days. Because some products are made to order, processing times may vary.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation, where available.
